Woven global architecture
Teneriffe Banks is a landmark collaboration between Cottee Parker, Carr, and Studio McCue – three design leaders weaving tradition and innovation to shape spaces anchored by materials, ideas, and nature.
The architecture blends timeless form with sculptural detail, drawing on the area’s industrial heritage and the dynamism of Brisbane’s subtropical climate. A series of contemporary buildings and green laneways form a cohesive yet varied precinct, balancing bold expression with everyday livability.
ICONIC RIVERFRONT DESTINATION
Teneriffe Banks is a landmark riverfront precinct that will transform a prominent stretch of Brisbane’s riverfront into a vibrant destination for living, dining, hospitality and community connection.
Thoughtfully planned and carefully delivered, the precinct will comprise four residential buildings, a luxury Kimpton Hotel, vibrant retail and hospitality offerings, and more than 10,000sqm of landscaped public spaces connected by a network of walkable laneways.
The revitalised riverfront will create new opportunities for locals and visitors to enjoy the river, with welcoming public spaces, world-class dining destinations, boutique retail experiences and improved connections throughout the precinct.
